Traditional Hypnosis
Hypnosis is a trance-like state that allows people to gain access to the subconscious mind which offers the possibility for improving a skill or changing old habits and patterns. Hypnosis is a state of focused attention and heightened suggestibility which allows for a certified hypnotist to place suggestions that allow for the changes to be made. This is all done with full awareness of what is going on, and the client is always in control.
While there are many misconceptions about hypnosis, it is a very real process that can be a powerful therapeutic tool. Hypnosis has been shown to have medical and therapeutic benefits. The following is a list of some of the most common areas that hypnosis can help with:

Past Life Regression and Beyond Quantum Healing
Past Life Regression (PLR) is a form of hypnosis that is based on the understanding that we have lived many lifetimes and that we reincarnate to learn and grow for our spiritual evolution. The belief is that we choose each life as a means of learning the lessons we have set out for ourselves. We can carry forward lessons and experiences from one or more lifetimes, sometimes bringing unresolved issues from a former life into the current one. PLR provides the opportunity to find the answers that will help us overcome issues in our current lives by looking at our former ones. You are regressed and guided through one or more past lives selected by your guides and your Higher Self. Usually, they bring through the past lives that are most important to your growth in this life. You will be the one experiencing these former lives and I will only be there as a guide to help you navigate what you are seeing. This is all done in a safe and therapeutic way.
Beyond Quantum Healing (BQH) is a technique that allows you to gain insight to many of your problems. It goes beyond traditional hypnosis to access the areas of the body, mind and spirit that are not accessible in a fully conscious state. This is done by connecting with your Higher Self to ask the questions that are most important to you for healing. BQH allows you to ask any questions that you want to find solutions to allow for emotional and physical healing. This process will offer the ability to shift the energy inside you by calling on your soul group to conduct energy healing allowing you to become more consciously aware of your true self. BQH gives you a better perspective of the guidance and unconditional love that you are getting from the other side.

Holistic Intuitive Readings
I never thought I could be someone who could communicate with spirits and my guides. I always knew that I had some connection, but never to the point that I would be someone who could offer readings by being the middleman for communication. After my sister passed away, all that changed. My sister initially communicated with me through another medium who told me that she wanted to help me build my intuitive/mediumship skills from the other side. So, I set out to work with mentors and spent a great deal of time connecting to spirit. I was not always confident in my abilities and never expected to offer this service, but as the Universe often does, I was presented with many opportunities to read for others and over time my confidence grew.
My readings are often a combination of intuition, tarot cards and mediumship. I present what I see and hear from the other side and nothing more. Sometimes spirits present themselves and other times they do not. Our guides know what you need in that moment, and they will give me what they think is necessary. You can also come with as many questions as you would like, and I will work with our guides to answer them for you. No question is off limits. Although this is not an area of guidance that I thought I would ever pursue, I have seen transformation in people when their questions are being answered or when their loved ones come through. That has been reason enough for me to offer this service to whoever needs it.
